Terms of Service

Elobby runs ranked custom games (any team size) inside Discord: it creates lobbies, balances teams, records results, maintains an ELO ladder with seasons and a crowned champion, recaps each season as a shareable season recap, and publishes leaderboards and player profiles on elobby.gg, plus an admin dashboard. Elobby has a free tier and an optional paid plan, Elobby Pro.

• You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (13+, or higher where your local law requires) and comply with the Discord Terms of Service.
• A server admin who adds Elobby is responsible for how it’s used in their server, including telling their members that game stats and profiles are public.

You agree not to:

• Manipulate the ladder, e.g. rigging results, boosting, win-trading, or deliberately reporting false outcomes.
• Abuse, automate, spam, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Elobby, its database, or other users' data.
• Use Elobby for anything illegal or against Discord's rules.

We may remove access, reset ratings, or refuse service for any server or user that breaks these rules.

Settings (roles, channels, tiers, naming, etc.) are configured by each server’s admins. You’re responsible for choosing settings appropriate for your community and for moderating your own members. We aren’t responsible for how an individual server is run.

Elobby offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, Elobby Pro. Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, which are added where required by law. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown for each billing period until you cancel.

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• When a subscription ends or lapses, Pro features return to the Free tier. We don't give partial-period credits except where required by law.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you think you were charged in error, contact us via the Elobby support Discordand we’ll look into it.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card or financial details; the processor does. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s own terms (see Stripe).

• Elobby is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings/data will never be reset or lost.
• We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including discontinuing the service.
• Ranked data may be adjusted or reset to fix bugs, abuse, or balance issues.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elobby is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost progress, or lost ratings, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Elobby. Elobby offers a free tier and an optional paid Pro plan, and is provided in good faith.

Your use of Elobby is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and your choices. Game stats and profiles are public by design.

• A server admin can remove the bot from their server at any time.
• You can stop using Elobby at any time and request deletion of your player data (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
• If you cancel Pro, or we suspend access for a violation, fees already paid aren't refunded except where required by law, and Pro features revert to the Free tier.

We may update these Terms as Elobby evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be announced through our support channel. Continuing to use Elobby after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
